Overview: Moms on the Run is an instructor-led fitness program with coaching to motivate, educate and encourage you on your running journey. MOTR welcomes all women, all ages and all fitness levels. We offer year-round programming for walkers, beginning runners and experienced runners. Our “learn to run” program begins with mostly walking and gradually transitions to more jogging, with the optional goal of completing a 5k race. Experienced runners are challenged to improve their speed and endurance. We offer a great selection of weekly classes which includes additional strength and cardio training formats.  MOTR is a place where you will be encouraged,  make new friends, find accountability and have fun while working toward a healthy balanced lifestyle.
